After growing up the youngest of three boys in St Paul, Minnesota, warmer weather called to me! A resident of Austin since 1982, I have been married to Carole, my Scottish wife, for over 30 years. We have two wonderful adult daughters, Emily and Alyssa.

I own Texas Box Broker, a provider of corrugated boxes and industrial shipping supplies to businesses throughout Texas.

Classical guitar has played a significant role in my life since my college days and has woven in and out of my life for decades. I currently play and perform with the Austin Classical Guitar’s Community Ensembles in the Guitar Choir.

I have seen first hand the power that music has to bring people together and enjoy promoting guitar education at ACG.

I enjoy restoring classic wooden boats in my spare time and am fortunate enough to own two Chris Crafts.
