Badi Assad Stunning and virtuosic multi-talent Badi Assad brings her spectacularly unique compositional blend to our stage for the first time. Musical gifts run deep in the Assad family, as she is sister to the great Assad Duo (Sergio and Odair) for whom Astor Piazzolla wrote his Tango Suite. Performing with her trio from Brazil, get ready for soulful songs spiced with infectious groove. This concert is presented in partnership with the Austin Chamber Music Center’s Summer Festival.
